Two-sided hangtag on 18–22pt uncoated cardstock, string-hung through a 6mm die-cut hole. Front carries the wordmark, SKU, and price. Back carries the tech story, licensing footer, and barcode. Bleeds shown in green (0.125″), cut lines in pink, safe zones dashed gray.

Read this before you build the .ai / .indd file.

These HTML pages are the visual spec — not press-ready files. Have your print designer rebuild them in Illustrator with proper vector art, PMS spot color for Signal Orange, and correct dielines from your box vendor. Then send us a proof before committing to a run.

Files to build

  • Hangtag: 2-side print, PDF export at 300dpi with 0.125″ bleed
  • Shoebox: dieline from box vendor (structural CAD), art laid inside
  • Deliver as PDF/X-1a for press, with fonts outlined
  • Include a low-res JPG proof of each face for approval

Colors

  • Signal Orange: PMS 1655 C as spot on hero surfaces
  • Fall back to CMYK build for photos + non-critical surfaces
  • Rich black for the Ink color: C60 M40 Y40 K100
  • Paper: unprinted (leave stock color) where possible

  • Archivo Narrow 600 — subheads & long copy
  • JetBrains Mono 500/700 — labels & technical stamps
